Prices are per hire and include VAT. Add hire to your basket alongside your kegs.

Single Pump

£100 per hire

A stainless steel single-tap cooler unit with everything needed to pour one keg. Plug it in, connect the keg, pour cold pints.

Double Pump

£150 per hire

A stainless steel twin-tap cooler unit so you can pour two different kegs at once. Ideal when guests want a choice without queueing.

Full Bar and Pump

£250 per hire

Our branded mobile bar counter with a pump on it. It turns a garden, marquee or village hall into a real bar for the day, and at big events it works as an overflow bar alongside the main one so nobody is stuck queuing.

Which one do I need?

  • One keg on the go: single pump.
  • Lager and a cider, or two lagers: double pump.
  • A proper bar people can stand at: full bar and pump.
  • A big event with one busy bar: add ours as an overflow bar so nobody is stuck queuing.

Event questions

What do I need to pour a keg?

A keg needs a pump or cooler unit with a tap and the right coupler for that keg, plus gas to push the beer through. If you do not have your own kit, we hire single and double pump units and a full mobile bar. Tell us what you are ordering and we will make sure it all fits together.

How long does a keg last once tapped?

Longer than you might think. Plenty of websites say a tapped keg only lasts a week or so, but with the right set-up and a bit of care we regularly see kegs stay fresh and enjoyable for six to eight weeks. We have kept one on tap for nine weeks and it still tasted much as it did on the first pint. Keep it cold, keep it under gas and keep the lines clean, and it will look after itself.

What happens to the empty keg?

Kegs stay the property of the brewery, so we collect empties after your event. We will arrange collection when we confirm your order. There is no deposit on kegs or hire equipment.

How long is the hire period for pumps and bars?

Hire prices are per hire. We will agree drop-off and collection times with you when we confirm your order, so tell us the date of your event and we will work around it.

How many pints are in a keg?

A 50 litre keg is about 88 pints, a 30 litre keg is about 52 pints and a 10 gallon keg is about 80 pints. Every product page has a calculator that works out how many kegs you need from your guest numbers.
