Order requests, not orders

Sending an order request through this website is not a purchase and does not form a contract. No payment is taken online and no deposit is required. We check stock and lead time, then contact you to confirm the items, price and delivery date. The order is only confirmed once we have agreed it with you. Payment is made on delivery by cash or bank transfer.

Prices

Prices on the website include VAT. We do our best to keep them current, and the date they were last updated is shown on the price list. If a price has changed by the time you order, we will tell you before you commit. Delivery is free in the areas listed on the delivery page. Elsewhere a small fee may apply, which we will agree with you first.

Age

You must be 18 or over to order alcohol. We operate Challenge 25: if the person taking delivery looks under 25 we will ask for photo ID, and we will not hand over alcohol to anyone under 18 or where ID cannot be shown. If a delivery fails for this reason a return fee may apply.

Delivery

Lead times depend on the product and the day. Some items can be same day, some within a day or two, and some are ordered in. We agree a delivery slot with you when we confirm. Please make sure someone over 18 is available to accept the delivery.

Kegs and hire equipment

Kegs remain the property of the brewery and hire equipment remains our property. We collect empties and hire kit after your event at a time agreed with you. Please look after the equipment; you are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear while it is with you. Any deposit that applies will be agreed when we confirm your order.
